Here's a list of the simple shortcuts that can enhance the way you use Google Reader:

j/k - Move to next item/Move to previous item

space - Moves page down

Shift + space - Moves page up

s - Star the item

r - Refresh

l - Like an item

Shift + s - Share an item

Shift + d - Share an item with a note

e - Email the item to your friends
