Comes built-in with Google Toolbar.

Google has come up with an innovative new tool, called Google Sidewiki, that allows users to post anything related to a web page in a special sidebar. You can read other opinions on that webpage, get helpful insights or second opinions and also contribute some of your own opinions.

For example, a webpage on a particular mobile phone can have reviews or purchase information in the sidebar. A news article can have added insight or updates on the particular topic. There are many such possibilities. You can also share any interesting information you observed in Sidewiki on Twitter and Facebook.

Google Sidewiki is a part of Google Toolbar that can be downloaded for Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Download and install it in seconds from here.
