ReadAir
You can now use Google Reader as a desktop application by downloading ReadAir. ReadAir is a free client that can be used to read all subscribed feeds from your Google Reader homepage, on your desktop as a standalone application.
ReadAir is a light application, available for download here. Note that it is continuously being improved by it's developers and updates are available at the same link provided above. ReadAir provides two themes as options for use.
