What Browser?

whatbrowser
Google has come up with a simple website to increase awareness about web browsers. Now we all know what a web browser is, right? Well, not as much.

Basically, it comes down to this – on start up, find something called ‘Internet Explorer’, open it and browse the web. The problem is not entirely with Internet Explorer. But with a certain mindset to use whatever browser is provided on the system without feeling the need to explore another one.

The truth is there are other excellent web browsers available online and for no cost at all. It’s high time people started using other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Simply because they make life (on the internet) easier.

Head to the website and get details about the web browser you are using currently, and also find ways to improve it’s performance.
