Instead of just chatting, show what you are doing with Jing.

When we chat with our friends, we do talk about what we are doing at the moment.

Let’s say you are chatting with a friend trying to perform a change of settings in Windows and he doesn’t completely understand how to do it.

Simply record a video through Jing, teaching how to perform that and share it on Screencast. Share the generated web address with your friend.

You can also provide screenshots of work you may be doing and share it instantly through instant messaging. The URL of the recorded video or screenshot is provided by Screencast.

To do all this and more, download the free edition of Jing. Start creating screencasts or take screenshots and share them instantly.

Some useful stuff you can do (as Jing says) is collaborate over an assignment with friends or show your parents how to use a particular software or narrate photos from your vacation.

You would require Adobe Flash Player 10 for the screencasts. Download it for free here.
