Use fbCal.
fbCal is a Facebook application that syncs your Facebook events and friends’ birthdays to Google Calendar (and many others like Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCal).
All you have to do is allow the application access (both online and offline) to your Facebook account and it will automatically link events and birthdays with a calendar of your choice.
You can also choose to download the list to your computer in the form of a .ics file and sync it offline. For example, you can sync it with Microsoft Works Calendar.
