Popular Twitter client Echofon is now available for the Mac OS.
Echofon has released a Mac version of it’s popular client for Firefox, iPhone and iPod Touch.
The Twitter client is available for a free download on it’s website. You can also sync the client with your iPhone’s Echofon to have unread tweets available on the iPhone.
