Check URLs for Viruses and Malware

Before opening a webpage, check if it contains malicious content.


Saf.li and URLVoid are two services that allow you to scan a URL’s (website address) content before you go on to open the website.


Websites that contain malicious content or spyware can directly harm your operating system. Especially if it is one that isn’t well-known.

However, even well-known websites can be phished and it would be a good idea to check with these services before opening them.
