vChatter is a Facebook application that enables video chatting in Facebook’s instant messenger.
Head to vChatter and connect the application with Facebook. Once in Facebook, enable chat and you can then ping any of your friends who are online at that instant. Allow access to your computer’s web camera and start chat.
